Minimum Qualifications Strictly adhered to based on Civil Service requirements | +Provisional Qualifications: You must be a qualified employee of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and have successfully completed one year of permanent competitive or 55-b/55-c service as a Mineral Resources Technician 1. 2. sixty semester credit hours, 35 of which must have been in the environmental/engineering sciences such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, geology, statics and dynamics, or strength of materials* AND four years of experience in drilling, development, or production for oil, gas, solution mining, or underground gas storage.
