DEC, in cooperation with Soil and Water Conservation Districts in New York State, is offering Post-Flood Emergency Stream Intervention Training sessions at various locations. These training sessions are designed for the following audiences:
- Municipal Highway/Department of Public Works staff
- Local contractors
- Municipal officials (i.e., Town Supervisors, County Highway Superintendents)
- County Soil and Water Conservation District staff
- Environmental organizations
- County legislators
