BCP Document Certification
Most Work Plans and Reports submitted under the BCP must be certified by either a Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in New York State or a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP).
- Certification requirements and language can be found in Section 1.5 of DER-10: Technical Guidance for Site Investigation and Remediation (PDF) (1 MB).

- Any firm which produces documents certified by a PE under their employment must also be authorized to practice engineering in the State of New York (see Article 145 of Education Law, Section 7210 (NYSED website))
