Third Annual Cobbs Hill Accessible Family-Friendly Learn-to-Fish Event

Parking is available at Lake Riley Lodge off Culver Ave.
DEC, City of Rochester, and Seth Green Chapter of Trout Unlimited are hosting the third annual all-ages, all-levels, and all-abilities family-friendly fishing event to let guests explore the world of fishing. There will be adaptive tools available to help everybody fish! Family-friendly activities will also be provided by WXXI Education and RIT’s Environmental Education programs.
• Bring your own gear or borrow a fishing rod from DEC.
• Try adaptive fishing gear provided by DEC.
• Bait (corn and worms) will be provided by DEC.
• All event activities will be land based, and Mobi-mats will be provided
for increased accessibility to water.
• No fishing license is needed for this event.
• Preregistration is not necessary.
