Micron New York Semiconductor Manufacturing LLC’s (Micron) proposes to construct and operate a semiconductor manufacturing facility at the 1,400-acre White Pine Commerce Park in the town of Clay, Onondaga County. The construction and operation of Micron’s Proposed Project requires DEC-issued permits under the New York State Environmental Conservation Law (ECL) and the associated implementing rules and regulations (NYCRR) for impacts to regulated environmental resources such as wetlands, threatened and endangered species, water quality and quantity, air quality, and other regulated activities.
