The Rethink Food Waste NY program, funded by DEC and managed by CET, is hosting a community composters series featuring a two hour virtual class/ webinar and an optional compost site operator workshop to follow.
This no-cost webinar, conducted in collaboration with James McSweeney of Compost Technical Services and The 131° School of Composting, will focus on community-scale composting models and implementation. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the tools needed to evaluate, plan, and execute sustainable composting models at the community scale.
