Join DEC and Onondaga County Parks for an all-ages, all-levels, and all-abilities family friendly fishing event to explore the world of fishing, including adaptive tools to help people fish! This FREE clinic will take place at the accessible fishing jetty at Willow Bay in Onondaga Lake Park on Saturday, April 11, 2026.
Gear for participants: Borrow a fishing rod from DEC, including adaptive gear, or bring your own. Bait (corn and worms) will also be available.
Access details: All activities will be land-based, some are on a sandy beach and some are on the accessible jetty with paved route to jetty.
Registration and a freshwater fishing license is NOT required to participate in this free clinic.
