DEC has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application to amend the BCA and a draft revised Remedial Action Work Plan for an existing site known as River North, site ID #C243045, and a new site, River North II, site ID #C243047. These sites are located in the City of Staten Island, within the County of Richmond, and are located at 178 Richmond Terrace (C243045) and 8 Stuyvesant Place (C243047). Public comments about the application must be submitted by Saturday, May 9, 2026.
