The NYSDEC Division of Water’s Monitoring and Assessment Section (MAS) is holding a kickoff event to begin the 2026 sampling season. Panelists will highlight what areas of New York are planned to be sampled, discuss the type of sampling that will occur, as well as explain the various projects that the section will be working on in 2026. Following the presentation, there will be a Q&A session where audience members can ask questions of the panelists.
