The State of New York acquired a working forest conservation easement with public recreation rights on the Upper Hudson Woodlands Conservation Easement lands (formerly Finch Lands) in December 2010. These lands fall within Essex, Hamilton, Saratoga and Warren Counties, in the Towns of Greenfield, Indian Lake, Lake George, Long Lake, North Creek, North Hudson and Warrensburg.
