Extension of Public Comment Period for the Iroquois Enhancement by Compression (ExC) Project
New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has extended the public comment period for the reliability and needs determination made by the New York State Department of Public Service for the Iroquois ExC Project for an additional 30 days. All written filed comments and electronically submitted comments must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 29, 2024.
