Orange County - The Village of South Blooming Grove, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation and New Wastewater Treatment Plant will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Village of South Blooming Grove (VOSBG) is applying for a Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan and Water Infrastructure Improvement Act grant and plans to have a bond resolution for a bond not exceeding $42,926,000). The Village of South Blooming Grove has chosen to undertake this project to improve the sanitary sewage system, replace failing infrastructure and construct a new 2,000,000 gpd sewage treatment plant, 3 new pump stations, force lines, new collection system, and replace or repair 12 miles of sanitary sewer. Also to have the sewer district to be coterminous with the entire Village of South Blooming Grove boundary. The project is located in the Village of South Blooming Grove, New York.
