The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) will announce the launch of a new interactive online resource to help the public participate in and track progress toward New York State’s goal to plant 25 million trees. The event will also highlight DEC’s tree nursery and how it helps support statewide tree planting goals, along with providing a status update on DEC’s annual tree and shrub seedling sale and School Seedling Program.
