What: The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Climate Justice Working Group (CJWG) will hold a meeting on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. The CJWG establishes criteria for identifying disadvantaged communities (DACs) for the purposes of co-pollutant reductions, greenhouse gas emissions reductions, regulatory impact statements, and the allocation of investments pursuant to the Climate Act.
This meeting will include a presentation from DEC’s Division of Air on the Community Air Monitoring Program. Members of the public are welcome to listen to the meeting via webcast. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged and can be done by clicking the WebEx link below.
