Access:
For access to the lake, boaters can use the state campground which is located off of Route 29A, nine miles northwest of City of Gloversville. This campground has a beach launch and parking for 15 cars and trailers.

Fish Species:
Smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, black crappie, chain pickerel, brown bullhead, yellow perch, pumpkinseed and rainbow trout.
Fishing:
This lake provides anglers a chance to catch beautiful trout, along with the possibility of catching warm water game fish. Trolling flashy artificials in the evening offers a good chance to catch these fish.

Fisheries Management:
Each year the lake is stocked with approximately 1,200 rainbow trout. This stocking helps to keep the fishery strong and successful for everyone to enjoy.
