Coldwater Fishing
Lake Eaton has always been known as a successful coldwater fishery. For the last 50 years, it has held wild landlocked salmon. Also, for many years, brood stock salmon weighting 5-14 lbs have been released here in late fall. Along with the salmon, this lake has excellent lake trout and rainbow trout within its waters. These fish can be found near the center of the lake where it is deep. Some wild brown trout also linger in the lake from past stocking.
Warmwater Fishing
