Access:
Beach launch within DEC Lake Harris Campground suitable for small trailered boats. Off of Route 28N, three miles north of the Hamlet of Newcomb. A day use fee is charged during peak season. The launch is open year round and there is parking for 15 cars and trailers. Town of Newcomb maintains a boat launch on the south shore off Route 28N that will accommodate larger boats.

Fish Species:
Northern pike, smallmouth bass, walleye, brown bullhead, rock bass, pumpkinseed, and yellow perch.
Fishing:
Lake Harris offers some quality panfishing and the occasional large northern pike and smallmouth bass. Past survey data indicate that walleye are naturally reproducing in the lake.
Ice Fishing:
Permitted.
