Access:
The DEC operates a small boat launch that is steep and may be difficult for large boats to use. Located off Route 3 at the Village of Bloomingdale. Franklin Falls Road/River Road to the dead end on Moose Pond Road. Parking for around 20 cars is available.

Fish Species:
Lake trout, brook trout, landlocked salmon, rainbow trout, brown bullhead, and smallmouth bass.
Fishing:
Fly fishing for rainbow trout can be great in early spring, just don't be surprised if you catch a lot of smallmouth bass as well. The pond is known to produce some large natural lake trout.
Ice Fishing:
Prohibited.

Fisheries Management:
Moose Pond is stocked annually with rainbow trout, brook trout, and landlocked salmon. Brood stock salmon are also stocked some years and provide an excellent early season opportunity.
