Spruce Pond is a small, remote water body located entirely within the Morgan Hill State Forest area in south eastern Onondaga County near the Village of Tully.

Off Herlighy Road, 8 miles east of the Village of Tully. Hand launch. Parking for 6 cars. Electric motors only.

Brook trout, rainbow trout.
Fishing:
Most anglers target the trout in early to late-spring, shortly after they are stocked.

Fisheries Management:
Spruce Pond is stocked annually by Onondaga Counties Carpenter's Brook Fish Hatchery with approximately 1,300 year-old brook trout and 700 year-old rainbow trout.
