On June 25, 2024, DEC issued a renewed and modified Air Title V Permit to Global Companies, LLC for its Albany Terminal Facility, located at 50 Church Street in Albany New York, 12202. DEC conducted a rigorous review that included enhanced opportunities for public input to ensure full consideration of any potential environmental and environmental justice issues.
DEC held a public comment hearing on Dec. 18 to ensure full consideration of any potential environmental and environmental justice concerns in the proposed renewal and modification of the Global Companies, LLC - Albany Terminal's Air Title V permit. DEC held the in-person hearing on Dec.18, at 6 p.m., at the Albany Housing Authority, 200 South Pearl Street, Albany. The deadline for all public comments on the draft renewal and modification was Dec. 30.
