The following is a list, by county, of fishing access sites for anglers with disabilities.

Clinton County
- Saranac River - City of Plattsburgh near MacDonough Monument
Essex County
- Lachute River - at Lower Falls and hydro project in Ticonderoga

Stevens Pond - at start of Toll Road to Whiteface Mt.
Franklin County
- Salmon River - at Ballard Mills hydro project in City of Malone
- Black Pond Hand Launch - small dock at Black Pond outlet, on Keese Mill Rd. near Paul Smith's College
- Fish Creek Pond Campground - fishing pier at campground on Rte. 30, north of Tupper Lake
- Sable Highlands Conservation Easement - two fishing piers (Grass Pond and Fishhole Pond), County Hwy. 26, 7 miles west of Route 3

Indian Carry Access to Upper Saranac Lake - fishing access, parking, path to dock. On Route 3, 8 miles east of the Village of Tupper Lake.
Fulton County
- Great Sacandaga Reservoir at Northville Boat Launch Site - fishing pier on Rte. 30 north of village
Hamilton County
- Cedar River Flow - shorefishing at dam on Limekiln Lake-Cedar River Road, west of Indian Lake
- Icehouse Pond at Moose River Plains Wild Forest - accessible trail and fishing platform
- Lake Eaton - accessible fishing pier at campground
- Wakely Pond at Moose River Plains Wild Forest - shoreline fishing access
Warren County
- Schroon Lake at Scaroon Manor Campground - fishing pier in new universally accessible campground, off NYS Route 9.
Washington County
- Lake Champlain South Bay Fishing Pier is located along NYS Route 22 just north of the Village of Whitehall. The 300 foot long universally designed fishing pier has benches, parking, and a covered area at the end of the pier. Additional parking is located at the boat launch nearby. The site provides excellent angling opportunities.
