Constitution Marsh is a 270-acre tidal wetland on the east shore of the Hudson River. It provides foraging, nesting and resting habitat to more than 200 species of birds and 30 species of fish, plus scores of other vertebrate and invertebrate species. The marsh is best experienced via a moderate hike to a 700' boardwalk, which also offers stunning views of the Hudson River Highlands and the United States Military Academy at West Point.
