Westmoreland Sanctuary consists primarily of eastern Deciduous forest, Pine-Oak forest, shrublands, vernal/woodland pools, and rock outcrops. Native wildlife can be seen throughout the Sanctuary all year long. Access to the 8.5-mile hiking trail system, Natural Science Museum, Environmental Education Center, and parking are free to the public all week long.
